We offer a 30-day return window on all full-price garments, unworn and with original tags.

How it works

Email returns@samplestudio.com with your order number to receive a prepaid label.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 working days of receipt.

Items marked final sale and bespoke commissions are not eligible for return.
